Why (W) They (T) Fake (F)

Faking is as bad (or as good) as superstition. Fakers are artistic people. Very creative and adept. These are magicians of everyday life! These are people who practice game theory.

Fake behaviors are common across disciplines. Why? … People across disciplines are by and large same. Those select few who think it’s unethical to portray traits that contradict their values, are but a small minority. These souls are fast vanishing. Some day they shall seize to exist.

Yesterday while reading the newspaper, I realized that those victimized by crime are always given fake promises, fake hopes and fake support. Nobody at the top cares for some unknown girl/child who suffers from trauma of crime that she was subject to. All around India the only ‘genuine’ quality is that of ‘misrepresentation and fraud’.

One does not need degree/diploma to gauge who is honest and who is not. Open mind, eyes and ears are enough of apparatus.

Two nice quotes in this context –

“Freethinkers are those who are willing to use their minds without prejudice and without fearing to understand things that clash with their own customs, privileges, or beliefs. This state of mind is not common, but it is essential for right thinking…”
― Leo Tolstoy

“To conceal anything from those to whom I am attached, is not in my nature. I can never close my lips where I have opened my heart.”
― Charles Dickens
