God’s Own PI (Personal Interview)

Imagine… God decides to pursue MBA.

He/She.. clears the entrance test…..CAT/XAT/GMAT/Some-other AT…and gets a call for GDPI…

From…Someverygreat Institute of Management….GD goes of well…and he is right here for his PI….

Interviewer – Well, tell me something about yourself…

God – I am the creator of this universe (but not this university!). I belong to a small place called heaven. Basically I am a grand designer with infinite years of work experience in running this planet.

Interviewer – Ok. You have an impressive CV. But tell us something about your family background.

God – I consider whole world as my family. I am extremely fun loving and gregarious in nature.

Interviewer – That’s fine but tell me where do you see yourself 10 years down the line?

God – Same as now. Everywhere.

Interviewer – Forget it. Strait question – why MBA?

God – Well, I like management. I have been managing several planets and stars but never got a chance to formally pursue management education. I think to succeed in ‘this’ world an MBA is essential. It will help me to ‘learn’ what I have been ‘applying’ until now.

Interviewer – Any preference of specialization?

God – Not really. I believe in holistic (Holy-Stick) approach . After all everything is one.

Interviewer – Which is your dream company or dream job?

God – I want to continue as an entrepreneur. I would like to concentrate on our core competence in family business. We need to consolidate the activities of our business. It’s been growing very rapidly.

Interviewer – What do you read? Tell me something about your reading habits.

God – I don’t really find time to read. But I have been quoted by many authors. My citation index is very high. I believe in doing rather than reading.

Interviewer – Any questions that you would like to ask?

God – Who created MBA?

Interviewer  (Bowing down to God) – Sorry Sir. I quit!
