Some observations about ‘human’ behavior across places and streets in India…
Spitting pan-masala/guthka for the joy of full utilization of public utility places.
Standing with one foot on a clean/white washed wall in order to leave foot prints behind so that others can follow.
Tearing/scratching seat covers of public transport vehicles such as buses and trains to test the quality of material used.
Loitering in places like gardens/parks etc for ensuring the dutifulness of housekeeping staff.
Playing loud music in temples/hospitals just to test the patience of caretakers/staff and keeping them properly engaged in their job.
Parking vehicles in front of ‘No Parking’ boards to verify seriousness in the intention of having such a sign board.
Jumping the traffic signals (‘red’ lights) regularly so that the policeman on duty is made aware of the guilt that he is getting old and its time for him to plan his retirement.
And the most important of all … vehemently arguing with people who make an attempt to prove that the above ‘acts’ are uncivilized and wrong!
