Reason – a long walk amidst enchanting greenery. Refreshing and memorable long walk.
What indirect benefits does a long walk offer –
1) Makes you feel light
2) Keeps you away from clutter of routine things at least for some time
3) Pumps energy in thoughts
4) Emotional attachment with nature
5) Makes mind vibrant with positive ideas
Well, this is what I experienced today. Simple activities like walking can also bring joy.
Walking with someone who shares same line and length of thoughts as yours is even more fascinating because you don’t feel lonely or dull.
Above all if the climate is cool and windy, to my understanding, there is no close substitute to an evening walk. All material belongings appear to be listless and dumb.
So, take some time out. It’s never too late to start walking.
